I loved this Fitbit Ionic and it and the company just let me down. I was in the middle of a trail run it stopped and went black. I thought getting home I’d have to factory reset. Nope, called customer service and they could not get it to work either and they said since 14 months since bought it, no warranty any longer. So bummed! They offered 25% off a new one. Do they think I’d want to pay that much for a watch for a year! If have suggestions besides buying a different brand than Fitbit please talk to me, thanks!

Would you feel better if Fitbit offered to re-pair your ionic fot 75% of a new unit? That is what the competition does and toy simply get the original unit back, rather than a new unit.
Did you purchase the extended warranty?
