Hello guys! I'm glad to see you participating in our Community @Dawnphin @SteveH and to assist oyu with this situation.
I've seen this type of difficulties regarding the 4 digit PIN that you can put on your device. However, this usually happens when the PIN has been entered incorrectly 10 times just as @SteveH advised. You can resolve it by following the next steps:
