Alarm while charging

Hi. I'm considering purchasing one of these, but have a couple questions first. Mostly as it relates to alarm.

 

How long does it take to charge?

 

seems the best time to charge it is overnight. Given that I also would like to use it as an alarm, is there an option to allow it to vibrate/sound while charging?

 

Are there screen protractors that are sold for this?

A full charge takes up to 2 hours.

 

It has no speaker so vibrate is your only option.

 

Screen protectors are available on Amazon etc but not direct from fitbit.
