Almost ready to switch to Apple Watch

So I have had my ionic for almost two full years, I only found out six months ago that notifications from my phone like messages, calls emails etc actually show up on my Fitbit, I thought it was part of an upgrade. Now since iOS 13 has come out I lose Bluetooth connectivity every day, so that means no more notifications. It is now January and still no fix for this issue, each time I call support I waste my time doing the same steps over and over with the support team, deleting the ionic, doing a hard reset and the same thing happens, support says we don’t know when a fix will be ready. Well three months is a long time of doing this every morning and sometimes even during the day. Right know I would not recommend to anybody to buy a Fitbit at all.

With the iOS 13 update critical bluetooth code was changed with no notice to 3rd parties. Garmin is also experiencing issues. It may very well be that Apple has to correct this issue.
