Altitude meter

Hi my altitude meter is not registering any change in elevation no matter how high I go no stairs counted always at zero . Any ideas??

Make sure that the barometer hole is clear. 

If it is then through the settings on the ionic please do a shutdown and restart.

Does your ionic count footsteps while going up the stairs? If the ionic is not counting steps it will not look for changes in altitude.

Yes counting steps up and down.

Hi guys my Ionic was original bought in Oz is my warranty valid in Europe and if so where can I take it in Cork Ireland for repair.
