Hello! I have set my new ionic to always on during runs. However, it is not staying on! Today I ran a 5K and had to keep pressing buttons to see the screen. It was really frustrating. Suggestions?

Hello @Easter14, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the display of your Ionic will turn off to prioritize battery life. However, you can change the display settings on your device for the display to stay on 60 seconds. Also, with our QuickView feature your device display will turn on at any time you want to check the information that's being recorded. To check if this feature is on, you just need to check Quick Settings screen and from there you can see if such feature is enabled.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
