Hi, I had bought my Ionic while in the armed forces stationed at CFB Borden. I bought it from the base Canex and have since had it die out of no where and had contacted support to have it replaced and thought I was good to go. Turns out not so much apparently, I used the watch for a very short period and now it too has died! I'm spent more time with this 500 dollar paper weight sitting on my desk then I have been able to use it. I've been buying Fitbit ever since they first came out and have had issues with other devices BUT, I have never had a problem with getting a replacement either, which to me was the company's "saving grace" but now I see I can't even contact customer support easily anymore and considering my watch has been the most useless to date (Tap to pay never worked once, heart rate was never correct or would not track, sensor kept failing to properly calibrate, watch would crash, etc. etc.)
I don't know if I want to buy Fitbit anymore.
Anyways sorry for the rant, my question is, what the heck can Fitbit do to fix this for me? Or am I going to have to go shop for a new watch? 😞 @fitbitsupport
