Amazed today when I went to purchase a Fitbit only to discover that in the US they are so much cheaper - Word of advise, if buying a Fitbit in Europe DONT ......Fly to NY and pick one up yourself, the difference in price will go a long way towards your ticket.

 

Fitbit Ionic the cost on the US website is 269.99 USD converted to Euro as I am in Ireland is 228.91 Euro and yet on your European site, the same watch is 349.95 Euro and all Fitbit can say is we price regionally!! 

Bottom line Fly before you buy

US pricing does not include GST/VAT as it is state dependent is likely the main contribution to the pricing differences.

In the USA there is only a1 year warranty in Europe you have a 2 year warranty.

Bought my Ionic from Argos in the UK. Have a one year replacement warranty with them alongside the 2 year that Fitbit offer. Not bad of you ask me...
