Android 9 issue

After updating to Android 9 on my Nokia 8 I can no longer connect to my ionic. I've tried all trouble shooting steps. Factory reset the ionic and re-installed the app. Still nothing. What's going on?!

Jell. you are lucky it worked on your Nokia before because Nokia phones are not on the List of Approved Devices.

I didn't even know such a list existed. At no point in buying a Fitbit does it tell you to check

@Jell1978 in fact, if you buy from Fitbit store there is a link to check the compatibility:

It is however very concealed and probably most of the buyers won't ever see it as first you need to scroll down, then switch from Features to Specs and then the compatibility is under Syncing and Notifications which is not exactly where the user would be looking for it at first place. Yes, it's mentioned but the way not to be easily found by the customers. Maybe on purpose... maybe not...

@Jell1978 btw based on that link, no Nokia device seems to be compatible. The brand isn't on the list at all.
