Android issue with syncing---

Every time Ionic has an update my device stops syncing.  It also stops once a month anyway.  I have had several phones and also an Alta, CHarge2, Blaze and  now Ionic.  They all do it.  We were all hoping the much awaited fix was in the update this week but I have yet to get my device to sync since the update.  The device pairs fine, it just won't  sync.  I have tried all the "workarounds" that usually eventually work but no luck.  Any new ideas out there besides deleting my account and starting over?

Make sure two devices with all-day sync to the Ionic are not in the same room. It can do all day sync with one device.

Thanks for the suggestion but that is not causing my problem. I only sync with my phone via Bluetooth.
