Another Issue with my Ionic

My Ionic stopped recording steps before I started a long walk at one of my local parks. I tracked the exercise on the Ionic, and received confirmation that it connected. I walked about 4 hours, and after I stopped the exercise on the Ionic was told that it recorded only 88 steps. 

 

The Ionic has also failed to track 2 hikes that I had completed recently.

Have you tried restarting your Ionic? If not give it a try and let us know how you go
