Hi,

The settings cog has disappeared from the App Section for my Ionic. I have reset my Ionic on my Windows 10 PC.

I am unable to change the settings for the Weather App, and other Apps that has settings cog.

 

Has anyone got a solution?

Hi @caddickd  I'm presuming you're having trouble with the W10 app. I've just had a look on my laptop and the cogs are still there, so I suspect there is something wrong with your version. Have you tried deleting the app and downloading an updated version from the Windows Store? Failing that, you could always try and use a mobile version on your phone, if you use it.

Hi,

thank youi un-installed the Fitbit app on my Surface and phone and re-installed the app. 

The cogs have reappeared.

I have a related problem. The cogs are there but when I press them I get a blanc page. The same when I press on settings in the app. This occurs in windows phone 10 on lumia 950XL and in windows 10 on surface. Reinstalling the W10 app doesn't work. the problem occurs in the preinstalled apps (weather) as well in the downloaded apps.

Please help
