I have an Ionic and Versa 2. Since yesterday the calories have not been updating and no date is synching. Done everything including factory reset reinstalling apps ect. Spoke on Livechat to someone called BonJonas. He did not seem to know anything about fitbit. He told me to keep observing the problem I had contacted him about. One hour he wasted my time. How do I contact some one at fitbit who will not advise me to keep observing the issue?. I also want to escalate BonJonas as I have to assume he is actually getting paid to help customers which is not what he is actually doing.
I am now at over 24 hours with no data being synched.
