It's likely from a clock face that costs money, and now they'd like payment.

You can pay or change to a different (free) clock face.

Does that sound like what it could be, @eileenjez?

That's a good question. You have to read the description for each clock face. The app store could certainly do better to identify them. Hopefully that change will come before long.

I just use the faces from Fitbit, as they're all free and look the best in my opinion. You can change the clock face via the phone/computer app.
