Ask Sara Clock Face: Troubleshooting Weather Sync

Greetings,

This is my first time posting to this community - I checked around in the previous threads but didn't see this question yet.

 

I've got a FitBit Ionic and have enjoyed many of the awesome features. I picked up the "Ask Sara" clock face, but realized that it hasn't been updating my weather. Looking around at the different options and instructions, I set up the "Open Weather Map" with a Weather Key as instructed. All of the settings seem to be configured, but I'm still not seeing an update in the weather.

 

The location services are set to be allowed "While Using the App". Not sure if anyone else has experienced this?

Thanks for posting your inquiry here and for the time you've taken to look around for answers. I was checking the clock face that you're mentioning and you're totally right. The developer gave specif instructions for the use of the clock face. In this case, you need to contact the developer to request more information about the inconvenience that you're having with it. You will find the option at the bottom of the clock description.

 

You can also report any issues with the clock face or with any other app on the option: Please report it (it is also located on the clock description.) This will help us to give the proper feedback to the developers.
