I recently bought an ionic and i was trying to listen to music but one of my bluetooth earbud sounded bad. At first I thought the earbud was defected but when i got new ones they sounded much worse. I tried them on my phone and they work perfectly but on my Ionic, well they sound horrible. How do I fix this? I have tried repairing and restarting and nothing.

Hi @Eddyying, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the information that was shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting are appreciated. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which earbuds are you using with your Ionic? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Does this occur with the Spotify app or with music that's stored on your device? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I remove an audio device connected to my Fitbit watch? to remove the earbuds and then pair them again. Once you remove them, please restart your device.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
