Auto On stopped working and when I swipe left to right I get no option to turn it on. Also see no option in 'Settings' app. Did a soft restart and it did not solve the problem. Have not tried 'factory restart' yet.

When on the watch face, press and hold the left button. You can change the auto on setting and notifications there (you may need to swipe to the left to get to the correct screen if Fitbit pay comes up. Hopefullybthat will fix it for you!

That's an excellent workaround @NellyG, thanks a million. @George_G If that doesn't help, you can try the factory reset; as you suggested. Hopefully this will help, but if not keep me posted so I can reach out our support team.
