Auto Pause doesn't work well for cycling

Auto Pause doesn't work well for cycling... or at least not for some things.  During the ride when I had to stop for a red light or whatever, it worked like a champ.  Where it fell short was when we stopped for Brunch halfway into the ride.  It was continually thinking that I started moving again and buzzing on my wrist as I moved around the cafe.  It either needs to be smart enough to understand the difference between riding a bike and walking or even just moving around OR it needs to support Auto Pause AND some kind of manual "take a break" mode at the same time.

I tried to change from auto pause to manual while I was at the cafe, but that mode change while the exercise is still open is not supported.  BTW, even if I had been able to do that, the Ionic would not have allowed me to use the watch while I was paused on the bike ride... so I guess that the preferred fix is a new "take a break" feature that allows you to use the watch then go back to continue the exercise.  My Garmin Fenix has something like that.

I had the same issue on the two rides I have recorded with the Ionic.

Also the app keeps showing me moving even though the speed is zero when you move the mouse across the graphs.
