I use my ionic while cycling and every time I stop for a break it senses any movement I make, even if I move my arm and continuously pauses and in-pauses vibrating nearly constantly. It's really annoying. I don't want to turn off auto-pause, because I take breaks and won't remember to pause manually, but the wrist buzzing is driving me insane.

Hey there @monionic, thanks for stopping by! During the run or bike exercises, if you stop moving for a few moments you’ll feel your watch vibrate indicating that activity tracking is paused. This feature, known as Auto-Pause, detects when you stop moving, such as at a traffic light, and stops tracking your stats while you’re stationary. To continue tracking the exercise, restart your run or bike ride; you’ll feel your watch vibrate indicating that activity tracking restarted. For runs, if your watch doesn’t detect a run for 10 consecutive minutes, you’ll see a message asking if you want to end the exercise.
If the Auto-Pause feature is not working as it has been described above, I'd recommend performing a restart on your Ionic by following these steps.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome!
