Auto-detected exercise histories disappeared

Today two exercises auto-detected disappeared all of a sudden, refreshed but did not show up again. I tried to re-log those exercises myself, but the minutes and calories are then shown like double-counted. An exercise day is gone too since the two auto-detected exercises disappeared. This seems to be a bug in the app. Moreover, the dashboard on my watch is often not accurate either, for example, the number of active days, almost always shows 0/7 all the time even in the app is not 0. In the app, I set "Always Connected" and "All-Day Sync".

A warm welcome to the Community @dora_h. Thanks for the details shared and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

SmartTrack recognizes activities based on the continuous movement of your arms. Sometimes, motions such as placing your arms on the bar of a treadmill, or pushing a stroller while you walk, may interrupt SmartTrack. Additionally, stopping in the middle of an exercise may interrupt the activity tracking.

By default, SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't being recognized, lowering the time auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes may help ensure they record properly.

 

The number of active days will reflect the days you've tracked an exercise. If you're only using SmartTrack and your activities aren't syncing then this can be why it's showing that you don't have active days. Also, please confirm you have the latest app version.

Hi Silvia,

 

Both of the two exercises showed up in the history, they were auto-recognized and recorded properly. But they just disappeared on their own after I synced a few times. I do have the most updated version of app, I even redownloaded but still the same thing. One thing may be related is that I added one exercise that was not auto-detected, and then deleted it (only this one, very sure I did not delete other activities), it was after this step, all the exercises from the same day were gone.
