Auto on feature rarely works

 

When end you raise your arm to look at the watch it should turn on automatically.  This rarely works on my ionic.  Is there a sensitivity or on/off setting for this.  Most of the time I have to push the side button to have the watch turn on.

There is an on off setting on the watch. When you are on the clock screen press and hold the left button and a new screen will come up. You may need to swipe left or right to get to the Screen Wake screen. Let us know if that fixes it.

As for raising the arm, make sure your forearm is within 30° of horizontal before rotating the wrist 90°. I usually do this totation as the arm is being raised up.
