My ionic has stopped automatically tracking exercise!  Any help to sort please.  I’ve unlinked it switched it off nothing is making the hexagon shape thing come back!

Unlinking normally will not help.

If your asking about your exercise tile on your Fitbit app? Scroll up and tap edit, now add the tile. 

As for your exercises, do they show w us on your activity list at https://www.fitbit.com/activities

Thank you. The tile is there but the number of days where by it creates a hexagon etc is not. So it’s not saying I’ve run for longer than say 15 mins or walked etc

When scrolling IP on the dashboard, tap edit.

Are you saying that the exercise tile is not showing on the dashboard?

When going to www.fitbit.com/activities do you see a list of actoviacti recorded this week?
