No during the "Walk" exercise.

The "Run" exercise does have an auto-pause.

Just go for a "run" to get your auto-pause.

It's still accurate.  Only difference, the activity will be a "RUN" on your page instead of a "WALK".  It's just a sloooow run!  LOL
