BPM and Steps not being recorded on ionic

I’ve had this ionic for about one month and it seems that the watch is no recording steps or heart rate. I’ve tried re-setting, but still nothing is being recorded

I've had my Iconic around 5 years and in the past month I've had the same issue on two occasions. I have restarted my iconic and it is now working.

I'm having the same issue It's not recording my BPM or my sleep. It seems to still be recording my steps but that's all. I have restarted it quite a few times and nothing is working to fix it
