Hi, I have been using fitbit Ionic addidas edition for more than 1 year now. It used to sync with my phone fine until a month ago it stopped syncing with my phone. I tried to turn off and on and then uninstalled and installed the app, now the tracker isn't visible on my bluetooth device at all. I even tried to install the app on my laptop and tried to connect it.. nothing is working for me.. very disappointed..!! Can somebody please suggest any solution?

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:
Note that your fitbit only has enough storage to hold detailed data for 5 - 7 days between syncs. After that it starts holding data at a daily summary level which it can do for around 30 days before it starts deleting data. So, once you get the connection sorted, expect your data to look a little strange.
