Back Button Functionality Lost

So today, I just lost all functionality of the back [left] button. Factory Reset performed, and I’ll see if it works afterward.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix the fact that one of the hardware buttons isn’t working?

@random_username If the h/w buttons aren’t working and you’ve tried a reset, the only course of action would seem to be to get in touch with place of purchase, and try and obtain replac3ment under warranty.

I fixed mine by changing the clock face, its working fine again now

UPDATE: My Ionic still isn't  working. Died halfway through the setup process...Dead. I charged it all night...Dead. Is there anyone who knows all about the Ionic [including circuitry], as I know at the very least there is something wrong with the battery/charging [won't charge], and definitely with the circuity [back button functionality lost]. It can't be dying out from wear and tear, as it's only 3 months old. Does anyone know anything about the Ionic software/circuitry/etc? I really need help with this.
