I received my Iconic in Dec 17. Also got Bose earbuds at the same time. The earbuds work great with my iPad and my Kyocera Phone (meaning it works great with both iOS and Android). It will connect with my Iconic, BUT it cuts in and out depending on where my arm is positioned or were my head is turned. If I drop my arm to my side i lose sound (it doesn’t disconnect). If I turn my head I lose sound (again it doesn’t disconnect). This happens when using Pandora and the Music App (downloaded to Iconic). Compared to when I use my earbuds with my iPad, I can leave my iPad and walk all over my 2700sqft house and not lose sound and remain connected.
Is there a fix for this?

@MikeMilock Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'm glad to hear you are using the Ionic's Music features.
There is a workaround you can try to sort the strange situation you are experiencing when using the earbuds:
That has helped other users in the past. It is worth giving it a try!
Let me know how it goes!

I have tried all three of these possible solutions to no avail. It seems the Bluetooth capability is not on par with other devices (iPad et al). Hoping for a firmware fix, until then I will have to use my iPad or Android phone to listen to music. I initially thought it might be the earbuds, but it works quite well with other devices, so through the process of elimination, the only conclusion can be it’s the Iconic.

@MikeMilock Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your reply regarding your Bluetooth headphones experience. Sorry for the delayed response.
Have you updated your Ionic yet? If you have, how are the headphones working?
You can try wearing the Ionic on your other wrist as Bluetooth connection could be stronger this way. Another thing you can check is if there are any other Bluetooth devices nearby that could be interrupting the signal. If there are any, please turn off their Bluetooth.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
