green screen with dots since update

I did the update tday and now my screen is green with dots in a diamond shape. whats happened?

Do a RESTART.

@yafavritlady @JESSICAG2424 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for posting the situation you are currently experiencing with Ionic's display after the update.

 

Please try a restart just as @SunsetRunner kindly suggested. If this doesn't so the trick, please try installing a different clock face on Ionic. 

 

If every other clock face will show the same results, please reply with a picture of the Ionic's screen with the different clock faces showing the same green dots in a diamond shape (or anything it could be showing wrong). That way, I can help you out sending it to customer support for you to get further assistance.
