Back Button Menu

Morning All,

 

Woke up to my fitbit doing something rather odd. The back button menu keeps appearing without the button being pressed. so now an then it will just vibrate and appear on the screen. Started during the night and has continued. I have done the hard reset and that hasn't cured it.

 

any suggestions? i have contacted fitbit on twitter, or is there another avenue to chase them with?

Hello @tullz12 and welcome.  Sorry your having an issue.  You mentioned you had performed a "Hard Reset", but I'm going to provide directions for a "Soft Reset", just in case this is not what you have done.

If you have done this, try it once more and see if that clears things up.  If not, you may need to do a "Factory Reset".  If you find this may need to happen, please call Customer Service at (877) 623-4997 (USA), who can guide you through this process.
