Fitbit app shows little red mark on notifications section, yet no messages nor notifications are  being displayed. It has been like this since I purchase it. What’s going on?

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the app?

ISO, I have done what you suggested. Red mark is gone now but still no notifications or messages!!!

I'm not getting notifications either. Looks like bluetooth isn't recognising my phone.
