I have bought 3 fitbits within 4years. The first one a charge, broke. I then got the charge 2, I gave that one to my mom so I could upgrade to the ionic. That's $600 plus tax to fitbit. I have only had my ionic for one year 2 months and it just gave out!!! A $300 watch only last a year!! Walmart watches last longer than that!  When I called fitbit it was like they didn't even care, pretty much all they could say was sorry but if you give us another $300 for a new watch that they won't back up either they would offer me free overnight shipping. This is horrible!! Believe me if I have to buy another tracker, it won't be fitbit!!!!

FItbit needs to back their products, a 300.00 tracker should last longer than a year. Fitbit needs to get their act together before their customers leave and go to competitors. Once customers leave they wont come back
