Ionic will not sync on own. Dropps Bluetooth, have to reinstall and connect to WiFi to sync. This started after latest update. So frustrated. About to sell all four of my devices and try another brand of fitness trackers.

@Startrek001 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing all of those details regarding Ionic not syncing.
In this case, it is possible that a firmware update is available and that would be the reason why it is not syncing properly. If you are having troubles to update, please try these steps in order to sort that out.
Once updates, it should sync properly again. However, if it doesn't please follow these syncing troubleshooting steps to sort that out.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

Thank you, but it did not help. My fitbit only sinks to my phone if I shut wifi off and have no other Bluetooth device attached to my phone. I still do not receive any phone notifications or SMS messages. I think I need to factory reset my Ionic and not accept the latest update--this all started after the latest Fitbit update. The latest update stopped my fitbit from working with my oneplus 6 phone.
