One end of the band will not properly attach. The part that you press down and pops back up when you attach is staying flat and comes loose with any movement. I sent an email to support and initially received a response, but no response since I watched the video they suggested and sent a picture of the problem. It happens on both of the bands on the same end. Help!

I just got mine last night and am having the same issue! This is so frustrating. For a $300 watch, I shouldn't be worrying about this! And the fact that I will be wearing it during a heavy workout does not make sense why it should so easily detach unless it is just a faulty band, but it is wiggling out on both sides.

I had a similar problem when I got mine. If you are wearing the small band, try upgrading to the larger one. With all the weight I've lost, I am somewhere in between the two sizes: on my Alta HR, I can wear the small band without an issue. With that being the case on the Alta HR, I decided to try that on the Ionic, but the band kept falling off on both sides every time I turned my wrist a certain way or exercised. However, since I've upgraded to the larger band, it hasn't fallen off.

Pushing it in harder did work! I thought I had it pushed in, but I did hear it click further when I gave it an extra push so think we are good now!
