Band falls off

I bought my Ionic a month ago, and now in the last week the band has fallen off twice, now I have a scratched up watch that I can't trust to stay on my wrist..I want my surge back.

My guess is that the band wasn't securely in place.  You should hear a very distinct "click" when you get it into place.  It's very hard for some people to get it to click, as it requires a great deal of the user applying steady pressure to hear the click.
