Band not staying on

I ordered the Versa and spent an hour trying to get the band on. I wore my nail down to the quick. so I returned it and got the Ionic. I can get the band on and off but the band won't stay on. Anyone have the same problem? I wish i had my Blaze back. it popped in and out. great design.

Hi @mareynolds72, good to see you in the community.

I've found that you have to push the band in with quite a bit of force (don't worry you won't break it), you should then hear a little click and the release button should pop out. Just give it a little tug after to confirm that it is fully secured.

Let me know how you get on.

I have had Garmin's and at least 3 fitbits.

Yes, I was able to snap the band in and it snapped but then when I pulled on
it or put it on, the band fell off. I have returned it as I did the Versa.
The design of those bands is flawed. The bands to not clip in securely.

I saw this on the community for the Versa and then for the ionic I saw where
it doesn't sync.

I found a Blaze on Amazon so I ordered it. I have never had any trouble with
the band since the watch snaps in. it is just water resistant so I need to
remove before going swimming.

I couldn't be happier.

You should really look at your design.
