Battery Charging?

When I turn my wrist I get the Battery Charging Indicator - to clear it I have to press a button.

2 things -

First how do I turn this off?

Second - is it really meant to say Battery Charging - surely battery level would be correct? It is on my wrist so it isn't charging.

Is this screen maybe left over from a watch face I was using and it hasn't cleared and is now stuck?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the Ionic needs a restart. Instructions below:

Restart Fitbit Tracker
