I've only had this for 5 months losing faith in this company. I always have trouble syncing and battery goes dead fast I've enjoyed having this but it's getting very annoying that I can't depend on it lasting all day.

How many days is the battery lasting? There are some things that may be draining it faster. Like app usage, downloads, continuous syncing, etc. Please check this article for more details about this to improve battery life on your watch.
Regarding syncing, please check you are using a compatible device. If you are, please try these syncing troubleshooting steps as this could sort this out for you. Also, are you using a home Wi-Fi to sync? Have you notice a difference when syncing with a home router? It should go faster.
