Battery Draining Quickly on Ionic

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After a walk this morning my ionic battery was at 23% so I put it on charge for about an hour and it went back up to 84%.

After working for 3 hours I looked at my Ionic to see the time but the screen was dead. When I plugged it into the charger after trying to reboot it, it was on 0% battery! What's going on? I've had it for 3 or so months and I'm worried that there is an issue with the battery. I'm charging it up now and will update again tonight. Wish me luck!

@Rach77 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic's battery power.

Good luck! Is this still happening today? I'd recommend performing a restart on your Ionic first. Then, check these tips that can help on getting more battery power on your watch.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

Hi, I tried rebooting and the tips regarding getting better battery life aren't applicable as I've not changed anything that I've been doing with my Ionic in the 3 months I have had it. The battery even increased in power whileI was wearing it. It went up by 1% every few minutes without me plugging it in. There's something wrong with it.
