Hi. I have to charge my Ionic twice a day for the last couple of weeks and now it’s dying on me. I noticed a few weeks ago my black background had yellow/white lines running down either side. I’ve tried factory reset but it hasn’t worked.

Same here! For past 2-3 weeks my Fitbit Ionic only will now last 1 day after 100% charge. 

 

Argh!!! This is so frustrating. I STILL miss my Microsoft Band. It was far better than Fitbit and ahead of time sadly. I was forced to go with Fitbit when local Microsoft store offered me a free trade-in to go with Fitbit instead of their own product. 

 

I've been very unhappy w/Fitbit to say the least.

My Ionic is the same. Have to keep charging it at least twice a day. Hasn't lasted long. I think it's time to ditch Fit Bit and try a Garmin instead.
