My IONIC doesn't sync to the phone consistently. When I try to make it sync, it won't turn on unless it is plugged in to the charger.  How can this be fixed.

Advice: Be more specific in the SUBJECT line of your post. Just saying "IONIC issue" to too vague. If you want faster responses please be specific, like "battery" "screen issues" & such.
