Hi My Ionic even after charging 100 percent is not lasting beyond 10 hours
i have already factory reset and updated the software . but nothing seems to work
any ideas what to do about it . ideally the battery should last 5 days but it is not going beyond 10 hours
i have not installed any app as yet as the devise is factory reset all apps and clock are default.

My Fitbit Ionic has been working fine since mid Dec 17 till about 1 plus week ago where it suddenly could not hold it's charge (less a couple of days where the heart rate monitor did not work and miraculously just started working suddenly). During this period, there wasn't any changes made in the watch settings or new applications installed.
Tried most of the methods suggested here but to no avail. Did a factory reset of the watch yesterday and wore it to sleep at 100%, woke up 7 hours later to 50% battery and a further 4 hours later was at 15%.
I really like this watch and would appreciate if someone could help me on this.

My Fitbit ionic isn’t holding a charge longer than maybe 12 hours. It’s ridiculous! It just started this week as well. I’m not happy about it. I haven’t changed anything either.
