Battery died cant resync.

My Fitbit Ionic died and now i can't get it to resync to my phone i tried restarting the watch, restarting the app nothing is working please help

Did you contact support? I am not sure but I would have tried the option to replace device in the app. If phone is iphone, you might try forget device under bluetooth.

Make sure you tried the restart by pressing the left and bottom right buttons for 20 seconds.

 

If this doesn't work, look for a factory reset and try it as well. It will save you time in case you had to contact cs after that.
