Battery drainage on my ionic

I love my ionic and have had it since Christmas 2017, but all of the sudden the battery will not even last a whole day. Before I was getting about 3-4 days out of it. Anybody else having this trouble after it working so well for a few months? I have done the factory reset and no help with the battery life.

I am having the exact same issue.  Done a factory reset no difference.  Battery lasts under 24 hours all of a sudden from days

I had the same thing happen within the last week. I really liked the fact that you don’t have to charge it all the time, but all of a sudden it wouldn’t last a day.  Did a couple factory resets with no difference. Contacted their customer support who had me do a couple things. They said they could see the battery drainage on their end and are sending me a replacement watch. Just hope this is not an on going issue.
