Completely baffled why I have stopped receiving text and phone call notifications - or any other items - on my Ionic, which I've had about a month. It worked when I got it, then stopped altogether. I've tried numerous times to get it working again, to no avail. At this point, wondering why I spent the money to only to be continually frustrated. Any idea how to fix this? Bluetooth set up with "Ionic" - have deleted and restarted multiple times and it always reads that it is connected. Deleted Fitbit app and re-installed. Please Help!!!

Let's take a deep breath @CRWheeland .Relax.
First let's make sure notifications are turned on.
Hold in the left button on the ionic .
Swipe left.
Are notifications on
As for what to do on the phone? Without knowing which phone I can not say.
I suggest checking the setup guide that explainzethe individual settings in both the app and different phone types.

Got it; tried multiple fixes and spent over half an hour on the phone with
FitBit support.
Now, trying to relax, but ready to turn this thing in... have done multiple
deletes and adds to phone and Bluetooth, nothing has worked. I had an
appointment, so had to go; will pick this up again later.
