Hi all,

 

All of a sudden, my Fitbit Ionic battery started to drain within a few hours. This is strange. Can you please assist on what can I do. I already performed a factory reset.

Hi @Bonells thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to our Community Forums.

 

Seems odd that the battery of your Ionic is depleting within a few hours. Let me share with you that this specific model was designed to last 5 days, but the battery life also depends on how frequently you use its features. That said. I recommend you to charge your Fitbit with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall, then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much and check this help article for more tips and recommendations.
