Battery drains

If i press the button on the left fitbit accidentally the homescreen will show and stay on until I press it again and it would also blink. When this happens it drains the battery so I'll only get aday of use before it powers off.

Good morning, welcome to forums @Edgar716 , you are right not normal operation.

Try a product reset Edgar,

  • Press and hold the back and bottom buttons (left and bottom right at the same time) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  • Let go of the buttons.

If still "sticking" screen on, narrow the issue by turning off auto wake feature:

Turn off the option to wake the screen when you turn your wrist:

  • On your watch, press and hold the back button, then swipe to the quick settings screen > Screen Wake > Manual.

If the issue persists, contact customer support chat direct and let them know what you have tried.

They are anxious to help.
