Battery life issues?

Is anyone else having issues with battery life? This is my second device (the first was replaced for HR monitor problems), and it doesn't hold a charge for more than 2 days. My previous one would go for 6-7 days easy, and I'm not doing more now than I was with the previous device.

The only change is that I upgraded my phone to the iPhone X.

Fitbit wants me to jump through hoops by turning off all notifications/screen wake, charging it fully and then letting it die fully (which I've done) before they'll help me.

I think I should just take it back to the store where I bought it again.

Has anyone else had similar issues?

The battery on the Ionic typically lasts anywhere from 4-6 days, but that all depends on 1.) how often you look at the watch, 2.) how often you use the apps on the watch, 3.) how often you sync it, and 4) if you have notifications turned on.  Does any of that apply to you?
