Never had an issue with my battery until I ran an update 3 days ago. My battery now drains in 12 hours instead of 4-5 days. I have email evidence of this due to the emails it sends me to tell me my battery is low.
Can Fitbit explain why this has happened? If it’s the Apple trick of “we won’t update it so that you can buy another“ I won’t be buying another. I have this because the charge last so long, if I wanted to charge it every night I would have an Apple Watch.
can Fitbit undo or fix the last update to stop my battery draining. I have already tried the hard reset and it’s still visibly draining the battery. Not been doing much phys so doubtful it would even last a session if draining this quick.
the watch is 2 years old and has never had an issue till this update.
a response from Fitbit please.
