I purchased my Ionic in May 2019. It was working just fine until I did the firmware update a couple of days ago. After the update, the battery won't last more than 3 hours. 🙄
I had a chat with Tech support, they suggested few adjustments, mainly removing some notifications and apps running in the background. I did it all, and I fully charged it 💣
The result:
I searched the forum and tried all the listed solutions, and nothing changed.
Please let me know what we can do to solve it or get a replacement.
Note: This is my second Fitbit that ends up in the garbage 😭
The problem that my son's Christmas gift is a new Fitbit. I am in trouble; maybe I should replace it with something else 🤔 any suggestions? 🍏
