Hi, I have an Ionic since last xmas and so far it has mainly worked well [some prev glitches included not syncing until restart]. As of yesterday, a screen pops up every few minutes and my battery is drained in a few hours. I've restarted it and nothing changed. My firmware version is 27.33.1.30
Can you please help?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. After doing so, please this help article for more tips and recommendations and let me know if you continue experiencing difficulties with the battery life.
